Dispo is a tool that supports dispatchers in the energy market in their daily work.
The specifics of the industry are taken into account. DISPO cannot and does not aim to replace the dispatcher, but instead, it places them at the center of an efficient management of delivery operations. The reason lies in the particular characteristics of the mineral oil industry, such as the ability to easily modify a route even after a vehicle has been loaded or initial deliveries have already been made.
The information required for optimized scheduling is presented by DISPO as compactly as possible. This ensures that the dispatcher is always fully informed at any time.
DISPO integrates seamlessly into the existing software landscape. As a complementary tool for logistics, it is designed to connect to various enterprise resource planning systems.
By linking different types of meters, mixed vehicle fleets can also be integrated. Specialized expertise in the tank storage sector makes direct coupling with the tank depot (for loading operations) easily achievable.
All tasks are handled by the dispatcher in a single interface.
The most important functions are easily and quickly accessible via icons. The dispatch interface monitors, among other things, the communication with the vehicles and the connection to the ERP system. Thanks to intelligent filtering, search, and sorting options, route planning is both time-saving and efficient for the dispatcher.
Order visualization
The map data integrated into the system visualizes the selected orders. Different symbol shapes and colors provide detailed information about each delivery order.
Order management
Every order created in the ERP system is transferred to DISPO via an interface. It does not matter whether one or several ERP systems are in use. DISPO also supports client-based operations.

By linking the vehicles, manual re-entry of delivery notes or invoices becomes a thing of the past. All return data are transmitted back to the ERP system according to configuration – either tour-based or order-based.
Service station supply
A sophisticated calculation ensures that fuel stations never run dry. Optionally, tank level measurement and cash register systems can also be connected. The configuration of various parameters optimizes control of supply quantities.
Freight cost calculation
By storing freight matrices, freight costs can be calculated easily and transparently. Electronic transmission to clients accelerates the payment process.
Statistics
DISPO already includes numerous statistics and reports. The user interface also allows users to create custom reports. All data can be exported to Microsoft Excel for further analysis.
Interfaces
Thanks to DISPO’s flexible architecture, customer-specific interfaces can be integrated effortlessly.
Fleet management system (FMS)
The FMS displays the current positions and destinations of all vehicles. This allows the dispatcher to identify the best vehicle for short-notice orders. The FMS bus connection in the vehicle provides data such as fuel consumption, speed, and mileage.
Construction site refueling
This module covers all requirements to ensure smooth handling of refueling operations at construction sites. It starts with the unique identification of all construction vehicles and ends with detailed reports for the construction company.
DISPO Mobilestar
Dispo Mobile Star connects vehicles online with the dispatcher and displays all information about routes, loadings, and deliveries on the driver’s mobile device – even when there is no network connection. By linking to the meter or the scale (e.g. Bartec, FMC, Horn, KWS scale, etc.), it is possible to both send predefined data and receive delivery data without requiring any manual input from the driver.
The customized printout of delivery documents completes the delivery process, and data transmission to the dispatcher is carried out automatically. This ensures that all relevant information is immediately available in the higher-level ERP system for invoicing – without any time delay.
