With SIS, MINOVA offers a specialized billing module designed especially for service providers who operate our systems – powerful, multi-client capable, and seamlessly integrable into existing software infrastructures.
SIS is designed as a complementary tool for logistics that can connect to various MINOVA systems as well as ERP systems.
In addition to generating PDF invoices, SIS also creates EDIFACT invoices and enables electronic billing using ZUGFeRD.
Automated import of all billing-relevant data
SIS automatically imports all billing-relevant data directly from MINOVA systems as well as from third-party systems, enabling precise and automated invoicing. Error-prone manual
processes are a thing of the past – your billing becomes secure, fast, and transparent.
The most important functions are easily and quickly accessible via icons. Thanks to intelligent filtering, search, and sorting options, evaluations can also be carried out efficiently and time-savingly.

Budget management
The budget management feature can generate target/actual reports based on quantities as well as specific time periods.

SIS is used for billing various types of services that are transferred from main systems such as AFIS or DISPO. For a single transaction, multiple different services can also be combined.
Evaluations
SIS features an extensive system of filters and search criteria that allow users to quickly and easily create individual queries and, if desired, export them to Excel.
Data transfer to financial accounting or ERP systems
SIS provides various interfaces to higher-level systems such as financial accounting or ERP systems.
Statistics
SIS already includes numerous integrated statistics and reports. The user interface also allows users to create custom reports. All data can be exported to Microsoft Excel.
