All key information is presented graphically. By connecting the system with the airport, vehicles, and airlines, dispatchers can centrally access any flight information online and react instantly to changes.

AFIS optimizes:

Aircraft refueling. Through the flight-schedule interface all data is always up to date. Time and quantity changes can be entered online, significantly reducing response times.
Connection to refueling vehicles. Meter data can be transmitted from the vehicle to the control center in real time.
Airport performance billing. Data is available electronically; invoices can be issued immediately.
Vehicle and staff deployment planning at the
airport.

AFIS Mobilestar

AFIS can be extended with the Mobile Star module mounted on the vehicle. It enables the retrieval and processing of orders. All information is reported back to the central system, which can be located anywhere.

After refueling, the system can transmit an electronic ticket to the cockpit and wait for onboard confirmation. This electronic confirmation can replace the printed delivery note.
