We Strengthen Our Leadership Team

Four Long-Serving Employees Granted Procuration

 

MINOVA Information Services GmbH is broadening its leadership team to support the company’s continued growth and future development. Managing Director Gudrun Theuerer has appointed four long-serving employees as Authorized Signatories. Together, they will represent MINOVA externally and help shape the company’s future direction.

The newly appointed Authorized Signatories are:

• Heidi Morrison
• Martin Hofmann
• Ulf Katzenberger
• Christopher Erlanger

All four have been with MINOVA for many years in a variety of roles and possess extensive knowledge of the company, its customers, and its solutions. With these appointments, MINOVA reinforces its commitment to continuity and reliable leadership, particularly as Co-Managing Director Wilfried Saak gradually transitions out of day-to-day operational responsibilities.

“By appointing these Authorized Signatories, we are strengthening our leadership team and deliberately distributing responsibility across several experienced leaders,” says Gudrun Theuerer. “Our customers can be confident that MINOVA will continue to be a stable and reliable partner for many years to come.”

The new leadership team was introduced during the celebration of MINOVA Information Services GmbH’s 25th anniversary at the end of July 2026. Together with Managing Director Gudrun Theuerer and CTO Dr. Slavi Dombrovski, the four Authorized Signatories form the company’s extended leadership team.

“We are grateful for the trust placed in us and excited about the opportunity to help shape MINOVA’s future in this new role,” the newly appointed Authorized Signatories said. “Together with the management team and our colleagues, we are committed to ensuring that MINOVA continues to grow, innovate, and succeed in the years ahead.”
